Ed's Before and After

Edgar is cross-eyed and so we took him to an eye doctor that was able to tell he needed glasses. Ed, apparently, is very far-sighted (can see far, but not close). So far-sighted in fact that he couldn't see near or far. So we ordered some glasses and will be trying them out for the next couple of months then we will go back to the doctor to see if there has been some improvement. We are hoping that he will only need glasses for about three years and then will be cured and never have to wear them for the rest of his life. There is also a very small possibility that he might need surgery to correct his cross-eyedness, but we are optimistic that the glasses will be enough.
Here he is before:

And here his is after:

If you look at the before and after you can see that his eyes are no longer crossed.

Here is Owen with his new glasses. It was the best $5 i ever spent. He hasn't bothered Ed's glasses once because i can say, "those are baby's where's Owen's?"

And because the blue ones were, well, let's face it, dorky, we got him some going to town glasses:

They are a little big for his face but he is just so cute in them. The reason he is naked here is because right before i went to take the picture he pooed through all his clothes. So, we stripped him down and took the picture then went to take a bath. In real life they actually don't look as big on him as they do in this picture.
We are so greatful that Ed can see us now and can get to know us. He loves to watch Owen move around the room and is finally trying to rollover now. (I don't know if those are related.)

Clark Wrestling Period Three

And here it is... the long awaited conclusion to the great wrestling match of '10.

What you didn't see between each round was Jed desperatly grabbing for a water bottle and Sam clutching his knees trying to catch his breath. They may need to start exercising with thier wrestlers to get back in shape.

At the end the score was 240 Sam to 240 Jed. There were some very generous people that night and we all had a bunch of laughs.
